Regra geral, seja por novos ou por velhos, gosto que me tratem por tu. Eh pá, não gosto muito de formalismos. Mas no trabalho não gosto. Lá, esse tipo de tratamento por parte do cliente é o primeiro passo para o abuso, e foi isso o que aconteceu hoje: um cliente começou a tratar-me por tu e, de repente, eu era quase o escravo pessoal dele.
Não sei como hei-de lidar com este tipo de situações. Se for - nem que seja um pouco - desagradável, estou lixado; se permitir o abuso, estou lixado à mesma; se me descartar dele, mesmo gentilmente, provavelmente ele apresenta uma reclamação (já aconteceu, mas não comigo). O que fazer? Aceito sugestões.

Police say 21-year-old Antonio Fernandez Martinez of Oakland was arrested Wednesday in the Fruitvale district after trying to pull over an unmarked police vehicle. Martinez was driving a Ford Crown Victoria outfitted with flashing lights, a microphone and speakers.
Martinez, a convicted car thief, will have his felony probation revoked and could face a prison term.
